It has the same lightweight and compact size and provides Carbon Fiber and IML series color options. Compared with Novo 2 and Novo X, the upgrade of Novo 3 is subtle, with updated airflow and advanced draw activation. It redesigned sensing elements, also newly added air-intake grooves on both sides, while has the same 800mAh integrated battery and 6-25W output power range. There is an integrated LED indicator on the front of the device and a micro USB port on the bottom. There is no ignition button on Novo 3. Instead, it integrates a redesigned air-sensing system.
